These are the most fascinating creatures Jose. They move so slowly, I wonder how they ever het to where they are going. Those feet with the two toes only looks so different and out of place. :) An excellent pic you got of it.
That's what a sloth looks like? I never knew!! And I use the term disparagingly quite regularly! About myself, mind you... I am less inclined to put others down...:-D
Thanks for your compliment on my blog, JM, but I just had to look at yours and I have to say THIS is a wonderful sloth shot, now that we know how difficult wild sloths are to find. This youngster is just precious, and doesn't have green algae growing all over his/her coat yet.

You could have flipped this picture so I can see it without standing on my head.

You captured the fur so wonderfully against those richly colored green leaves. I hope this young sloth doesn't get a head rush!
LOVELY and sooo furry and sooo sympatic and sooo beautiful; what a gorgeous animal and what a FANTASTIC PHOTO!!!!!!
ciao ciao elvira
These animals are amazing, and you got a GREAT photo of that face! The sloth really does have moss on it.
