This intriguing one of a kind photo works on so many levels. I love the way my eye travels around the elements of it's composition and the picture itself has a natural story book quality that is rare stuff! ;-)WBW
I can see why the are called Starlings. There little bodies are as if covered in a galaxy of stars! You did an excellent job conveying that. I love the large reflection of the swan and how the image is bisected diagonally. It adds another dimension to the story.

What an amazing photo, that is magical. Diane
I like the unusual composition with that one.
You caught the swan in reflection. Nice going. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
beautiful composition!! bravo
Very nice, not the common shot but a unique way of looking at the scene. Nice diagonal line, too, great composition.

Clever shot. I had a few Starlings here this morning. They can be a pest, but really are a beautiful bird.

A lovely capture. Starlings are so colourful.
I think if I was a starling, I'd find that swan reflection startling!
A very cool shot, JM!
WOW thats a heck of a shot!
Absolutely gorgeous!
The juxtaposition makes for a neat photo! I thinks starlings with their speckled plumage this time of the year are really handsome birds!
I like how you captured the swan reflection, too. Nice!
Sweet photo. The Starlings seems to be think--"I just saw the Queen". MB
I've often heard of starlings but never knew what they looked like. They are very pretty.

Great capture! Love the swans' reflection!
Great shot. Very intriguing. The contrast of the swan in the water and the starlings on the concrete is very interesting.
