Looks like a big iguana...but I've seen them 5 ft long and beyond in south Florida. Our daughter in Ft. Lauderdale has a bunch living in her pond in her back yard. Their very skittish, though...hard to get a good shot of them.

We have lots of iguanas in our part of Costa Rica as well. They are harmless and don't bother people. They spend most of their time hanging out in trees. Some are a bright green color, and they turn orange around December when the males are attracting a mate. With the way they look, they must need all of the help they can get to ry to be attractive.
