Good grief! WOW!! There are tons of them there. I wonder what happened to them before they got washed out like this. Any ideas?

Wow.

The global weather is changing.

I find jellowfish quite funny to photograph ; the way they capture the light allows great effects...

@Joan: I have absolutely no idea... More than 50 sea turtles have also shown on the shores of southern Portugal! Strange things are happening...

@Joanne: Deparei-me com isto na semana passada.

Omigod! These things are so nasty. We get them every year on our beaches and the newspapers usually print warnings and remedies for the stings...

I see they are blaming global warming for a lot of these things but I think pollution plays a big roll in it too. We are really destroying our world.

My first thought was YUCK! Mt mother has a story of when she was 18 she dove into the North Sea to rescue two teenage boys... one at a time, of course. She ran down a long pier, dove in head first, smack into a school of these stingers. She swam one to shore and dove in again, same jellyfish... Saved both boys, got no thanks, only lots of stings.
