These look so cute. Is it my imagination or are they very furry?

We so seldom see Asian monkeys in the US. Now I know better what Lord Hanuan, Rama's helper in the Ramayana looks like.

What a playfully cute trio they make with their black faces, ears and hands (paws?)! Just going about it completely unaware of your camera. My their tails are long. I guess they use them to hold onto and swing from branches. At least that's what I imagine them doing. Not a bad existence.

They do bear a strong resemblance to the mythical Hanuman...

I like their fur...and I hope they're not on the endangered list. Fine-looking animals.

Monkeys are always such fun to watch -- they are so "human". I will be out and about for a few weeks so won't be visiting much for a while.
